New construction painting in Peachland often means custom homes on hillside lots, infill and replacement houses closer to the lake, and additions or renovations to older homes. These projects tend to have tall ceilings, big window walls and long stairwells, and the painter has to fit between drywall and flooring without holding up the build. We prime new drywall, spray or roll ceilings and walls, paint trim and doors, and return for touch-ups after the other trades.
We coordinate with your site super, or with you directly as an owner-builder, show up on the booked days and leave the site clean for the next trade. Peachland is about 30 minutes from our Kelowna base, so we plan production days in full blocks rather than short visits. Pricing is per project or per square foot, set out in a written quote.
Many new builds here sit on steep lots with limited parking and staging. We plan material drop-off, ladder and scaffold positions and where our vehicles go before the first day, so we are not in the way of framers, electricians or delivery trucks.
Lake-view designs often have two-storey great rooms and large window walls. Those need spray equipment, lifts or scaffolding and careful masking of window frames. We plan the order of work so high areas are finished before flooring goes in, and we price those areas clearly so you can compare quotes on the same basis.
Exterior siding and trim can only be painted in suitable weather, and new wood often needs primer soon after it is installed. We fit exterior work into the late spring to early fall window and tell you early if the build schedule will push it into the cold months.
We paint new homes, additions and renovations across Peachland, including newer hillside areas such as Ponderosa and Turner Hill, infill and replacement homes in Trepanier and around Downtown and Beach Avenue, and custom builds on larger lots in Upper Peachland. Each area has its own access, parking and delivery constraints, which we look at during the site walk.
New construction painting in Peachland is priced per project or per square foot. The main factors are ceiling heights, the number of window walls and stairwells, trim and door count, sprayed versus rolled finishes, exterior surfaces, and how many return visits the build schedule needs. Clear access and a firm drywall completion date keep costs predictable. Send plans or book a site walk for a written builder quote.

“We recently used Prestige Painting to paint our entire office. The process was great and efficient and pricing. Akash was the lead for our project and was very communicative and even caught some areas needing touch ups that I even missed. Touch ups were completed in a timely fashion. Office looks great and employees are happy with the fresh coat of paint.”
“Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Prestige Painting. They arrived for the quote on time and went over all concerns. They arrived on time for the pre walk-through to make sure of colour choice and go over the process again. They arrived on time to paint and did a flawless job!!!”

We take on single custom homes, additions and suites as well as multi-unit projects. Owner-builders get the same scope and written pricing as builders, and we can help you work out where painting fits in the order of trades if this is your first build.
As soon as you have a realistic drywall completion date. We pencil in the dates and confirm as the build progresses. Exterior painting needs a warm, dry window, so if siding is going on late in the season, let us know early so we can plan primer and topcoat timing.
Usually not. Most exterior paints need dry surfaces and temperatures above the product minimum. If siding is installed in fall, we can sometimes prime during a mild stretch and finish in spring. We discuss options based on your materials and the forecast.
