Strata painting in Peachland comes with its own set of conditions. On condo buildings near the water, the lake side usually wears faster from morning sun and moisture. We inspect each elevation separately and can price it as its own phase, which lets a council deal with the worst wall first if the budget is limited.
Exterior work has to happen in the warm months, which is also when the waterfront is busiest. We plan staging, parking and material storage with the manager so walkways, entries and visitor parking stay usable, and noisy work stays within bylaw hours.

Yes. Washing is part of exterior prep. On lake-facing elevations we treat mildew and give walls time to dry fully before priming and painting. Washing on its own can also be quoted if the council wants to clean the building between repaints.
