We work with builders, developers and owner-builders, and we give written quotes from plans or a site walk so you can lock in the budget early. Builders get one contact from primer to final walk.
Our crew is based in Kelowna, about 45–50 minutes away, so we plan site visits around your trades instead of making short, wasted trips. Travel is included in most quotes. Exterior paint and stain on new builds follow the dry season, while interior work can carry on through the winter once the house is heated. Touch-up and deficiency visits are part of the scope.
Many new homes in the North Okanagan are finished inside during the cold months. Paint and drywall mud need heat and controlled humidity to dry and cure properly. We confirm the house is heated and drywall is fully dry before priming, which helps avoid flashing, cracking and slow cures.
Exterior trim, soffits and wood accents on new homes often wait for spring here. We plan exterior painting and staining for the late spring to early fall window, and we can prime trim ahead of install so the wood is protected sooner.
