Our crew is based in Kelowna, about an hour north, so we are upfront about fit. Full-house packages, multi-unit projects and large custom homes work well because the crew can stay on site for consecutive days. A single small change order on its own is harder to justify for the drive. Pricing is per project or per square foot, in writing, with dates that match your schedule.
Builders need a painter who shows up the day drywall is ready. Because we travel, we confirm start dates a few days ahead with your site super, bring materials for the full phase, and work consecutive days so we finish and hand over to flooring without holding the build up.
Custom homes on slopes such as Wiltse often have tall great rooms, open stairwells and big walls of glass facing the lakes. We plan scaffolding or lifts for high ceilings, spray where it gives more even coverage, and check finishes under strong natural light before the owner walkthrough.
When the exterior is in our scope, we schedule siding and trim for late spring to early fall and avoid painting sun-facing walls in peak afternoon heat. Interior phases can fill the hottest days, so the build keeps moving while the outside waits for better conditions.
